We are looking for an Industry Top Performer to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles with precision and care.

  • Ensure all installs meet Med City Detail’s quality and efficiency standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

  • Communicate with team members and managers to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Educate customers on tint options, benefits, and care.

  • Handle vehicles with the highest level of respect and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in professional automotive window tint installation.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to perform under deadlines.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic Coatings.

  • Knowledge of residential and commercial tinting.

  • Desire to grow into a lead installer or trainer role as we expand.
