Apprentice Technician

Location: Rochester, Minnesota

Located in our fully equipped and climate-controlled 6,000sqft facility on HWY 14 W, we're in it for the long haul, and we're looking for someone with the same vision. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow a regular schedule from 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
  • Commit to overtime as needed to meet the demands of our clients and uphold our standard of excellence.
  • Detail vehicles meticulously, adhering to our high standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain and clean workspaces to ensure a productive and safe environment.
  • Participate in training and skill development initiatives, with the opportunity to delve into areas like paint corrections and coatings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to be trained on complex tasks with efficiency and precision.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to engage with clients and team members effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring that no aspect of a vehicle is overlooked during the detailing process.
  • Demonstrated ambition, adaptability, autonomy, and resilience in previous roles or experiences.
  • Mandatory: Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience or familiarity with paint corrections, coatings, and paint protection film.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiatives in previous roles.
  • Any additional certifications or coursework related to the automotive or detailing industry.
